How fast do I actually hear about a new listing?
Under 2 minutes on average from a listing going live to the alert reaching you. Your radar runs around the clock — nights, weekends, while you're in a lecture or a meeting — and pushes the match straight to your inbox and your phone. In a market where the first ten replies get the viewing, that head start is the whole product.
Are you an estate agent or a broker?
No. NestRadar is not a broker, letting agency or verhuurmakelaar. We don't own, list, rent out or mediate any property, we never hold your deposit, and we take no fee or commission from any landlord. We are a monitoring service: we watch publicly available rental listings and tell you the moment one matches your search. You apply directly with whoever advertised the home, on their site and on their terms — the €9.99 you pay us is for the alerts, never for a home.
Can I cancel whenever I want?
Yes — in one click, from your Subscription page. It opens the secure Stripe portal where you can cancel or change your card yourself. No notice period, no cancellation fee, no email chain, no phone call. Your access stays live until the end of the billing period you've already paid for, and nothing is charged after that.
Which sites does the radar actually scan?
The big national rental portals alongside student housing and expat platforms — and we keep connecting more. Identical homes advertised in several places are de-duplicated, so one home means one alert, no matter how many sites it turns up on. Every source we add starts working on your existing searches automatically.
